Cook on the Spot was a T-fal branded website that encouraged people to cook at home by giving them meal suggestions based on what they have stocked in their kitchen. Users simply dragged ingredients onto their virtual cutting board and the site generated a list of recipes using those ingredients. When activity on the site was idle, celebrity chefs Emeril Lagasse or Jamie Oliver walked into the kitchen and gave helpful cooking tips or encouraged users to explore the site's features.

Once users chose a recipe based on the ingredients they placed on the cutting board, the site also suggested the proper cookware to use.
